Lim Hae-na and Ye-kwan, ranked first in the Figure Skating Championships and entered the Junior World Championships

Korean ice dance signboard Lim Hae-na 안전놀이터 (19) and Ye-kwan (22) won the National Men’s and Women’s Figure Skating Championships.

Im Hae-na and Ye-kwan Joe received a total of 102.33 points with a technical score (TES) of 53.93 points and an art score (PCS) of 48.40 points in the junior ice dance free dance competition held at the indoor ice rink in Uijeongbu today (6th).

It took first place with a total score of 169.45 points combined with yesterday’s rhythm dance (67.12 points).

A total of two teams participated in the ice dance, and Jini Kim (Gumi Middle School) and Inamu Inu (Seongseo Middle School) placed second with 49.64 points in the rhythm dance and 75.95 points in the free dance with a total of 125.59 points.

Im Hae-na-Ye-kwan Joe won the bronze medal at the 2021-2022 1st competition, which was the International Skating Union (ISU) Junior Grand Prix debut, and succeeded in winning the Grand Prix for the first time as a Korean team.

In the 2022-2023 season, he won the gold medal in the 1st competition and the silver medal in the 7th competition, and also participated in the Junior Grand Prix Final, where the top 6 teams competed for the first time in Korea, and won a silver medal.

Im Hae-na and Ye-kwan, who won this competition, which also serves as a national selection, plan to compete at the 2023 ISU Figure Skating Junior World Championships together with Jini Kim and Inamu, who finished second.
