Tomiyasu ruled out of Arteta plans…Arsenal try to sign RB → first offer ‘rejected’

Could Arsenal be looking for a replacement for Takehiro Tomiyasu? The Gunners have made a move for the right-back, but their first offer was rejected.

Arsenal have exceeded expectations this season. As a result, Arsenal were looking to sign a new right fullback to replace Tomiyasu and support White. “Arsenal have made a £14m bid for Galatasaray’s Sacha Bouyi,” according to the Daily Mail.

He’s a promising resource from France. He came through the ranks at Stade Rennes and Dijon before moving to Galatasaray in the 2021-22 season. After establishing himself with 19 appearances, including a cup run, in his first season, he made the leap into the ‘core’ this season. In 29 league appearances, he scored one goal and provided four assists, helping the team to a first-place finish in the league.

According to the Daily Mail, Galatasaray want at least £20 million for Bouyi, and with Arsenal not the only club after him, Galatasaray will want to get as much as they can for him.
